There are few alters but plenty of fragmentations and other members to go around. We use just about any term under the sun - including offensive or outdated terms. Actually, we might prefer the outdated terms more. Sometimes, I see myself as having a "personality disorder" or a "split personality".

There are three levels of management and each level involves at least one manager / core and one gatekeeper. They are partnered up like this. There is some kind of vague, hierarchal structure to all of this but I liken it more to a game of Chess or Battleship. Or an RTS. The Placement, position, movement of members.

There is a primary or active management (er... "hosts") but there is no true hierarchy as all parts are somewhat made to compensate for each other - for better or for worse. In fact, members are more or less copies of each other. Just with preferences for certain tasks, split from different times, and placed in different areas of the headspace. It gets goofy but it works, I guess.

I see ourselves like a house of mirrors. The mirrors reflect the same body but distorted in different ways or shown from different perspectives.

The primary management are the ones to steer the whole system or express a certain mental schemata that all parts subsequently follow. It's a concept that trickles down no matter the feeling. We have a cascade effect, chain reaction, domino effect... you get the picture. When primary management changes, we call it a "shift" and the idea is more akin to changing the leader of a country. The other levels of management work in tandem with the primary management. Their roles and so on.

As the body, I try to keep track of these shifts so that I can better understand just what the fuck is all this shit and why. lol.
